By downloading or playing Wave.io - Paint Battle ("the game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Use of the game

You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, use cheats or automation, or interfere with other players or our services.

2. Virtual items

Coins, gems, tickets, skins and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are final except where required by law or by the rules of the App Store or Google Play. Purchased items are a license to use them in the game.

3. Accounts

A guest account is created automatically. Save your account (email, Apple or Google Play Games) to keep your progress across devices. If you sign out of a guest account or uninstall without saving, progress may be lost. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

4. Ads

The game is free and supported by ads. Some rewards are given for watching optional video ads.

5. Nicknames

Do not use offensive or misleading nicknames. We may reset nicknames that break this rule.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game or these terms at any time. The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
