Delete your Wave.io account

Delete in the game (instant)
- Open Wave.io and tap the Settings (gear) button on the main screen.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Yes.
Your account and cloud save are deleted immediately and the game starts over as a new guest. This works for guest accounts too.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the game installed, send an email to contact.yumy.io@gmail.com with the subject "Wave.io account deletion". Include the email address of your account or the account ID shown at the bottom of the Profile screen. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted: your account (email / Apple / Google Play Games link), nickname and all cloud-saved progress (level, coins, gems, skins, upgrades and purchase records).
What may be kept: anonymous analytics (up to 14 months) and crash reports (up to 90 days), which are not linked to your account after deletion. Purchase receipts are kept by Apple / Google under their own policies.

Note: deleting the account does not refund in-app purchases.
